If a posted price for a product or service is incorrect, Provincial Sign Systems is only responsible for the correct price, which Provincial Sign Systems shall provide you with upon becoming aware of the error. IN NO EVENT SHALL PROVINCIAL SIGN SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF PROVINCIAL SIGN SYSTEMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby expressly consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario, for any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of this Site or this Agreement.
