Client Care On-Line

In addition to providing excellent and personal customer service, Provincial Sign Systems has taken Client Care to the next level with our On-Line Client Care service. If you have multiple locations on the go, each with important deadlines or “openings” , it is important that you have all the information at your fingertips. If you choose to take advantage of our Client Care system you will be provided with password access through our website where you will find “real time” information about each of your projects and locations. You can access “before and after” photos, fabrication drawings, production and installation schedules and you can see the service history of any particular sign. If you have questions, you can even make an inquiry that will automatically be e-mailed to the appropriate project coordinator and senior manager. It is a database of information that allows you to manage your programs and keep your people informed.
